Yummy Baked Bananas!
3 bananas (Cut in half length wise first and then peel)
2 handfuls of blueberries
1 handful of walnuts/pecans (or any other nut you want to use!)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Olive Oil
Grease baking dish with olive oil
Place bananas in dish flat side down
Sprinkle blueberries over bananas then whatever nuts you want
Drizzle vanilla extract over fruit and nuts
Sprinkle on cinnamon
Bake for 20 minutes at 350
Omelet Muffins
8 eggs
8 ounces "Natural Selections" turkey/chicken sandwich meat
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup chopped tomoatoes
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons water
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 8 muffin cups or line with paper liners.
- Beat eggs together in a large bowl. Mix meat, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and water into the beaten eggs. Pour egg mixture evenly into prepared muffin cups.
- Bake in the preheated oven until muffins are set in the middle, 18 to 20 minutes.
* Can also fry the mushrooms and onions before adding them to the bowl!
Sweet Potato Hash
1 Large Sweet Potato, peeled and grated
Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Dried Thyme
1 Pinch of Sea Salt
Pepper
4 Eggs
Fry olive oil in a large frying pan on medium-high. Throw in grated sweet potato. Add a few shakes of garlic powder, onion powder and dried thyme to the potatoes. Add a pinch of sea salt and 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Fry sweet potatoes until they are tender, about 8 minutes.
Split sweet potato up evenly on 2 plates. Fry 4 eggs sunny side up in the frying pan then lay 2 eggs over sweet potatoes on each plate.
